We Did It! In Science We Trust Kickstarter Reaches 137% of Its Goal

We launched our very first Kickstarter campaign with one big dream — to bring In Science We Trust from screens to beautifully printed comic books. Our goal was to raise $5,000 to fund the printing of Volume 1 – Unlocking the Universe, and thanks to the incredible support of our backers, we didn’t just reach it — we surpassed it!

Between June 2 and July 2, 2025, 149 amazing backers helped us raise $6,856 — that’s 137% of our goal!

What’s Next: Printing in Progress

We’ve officially completed the design and proofreading of both the book and the posters, and everything is now at the printer. We’re using a high-quality press that specializes in comics and graphic novels to make sure every panel looks as vibrant on paper as it does on screen.

We expect to start shipping rewards in early November, so our backers will soon be holding In Science We Trust Volume 1 in their hands — the first printed volume in what we hope will become a long-running series celebrating science through storytelling.

About Volume 1 – Unlocking the Universe

This first volume features five of history’s greatest scientific minds: Galileo, Newton, James Clerk Maxwell, Einstein, and Stephen Hawking. Together, their stories explore how curiosity, creativity, and perseverance helped unlock the mysteries of the universe.

It’s a perfect blend of education and inspiration — ideal for parents, teachers, classrooms, and curious readers of all ages. This is also an ideal gift for kids ages 8+.
